Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef ribs
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon BBQ spice rub
- BBQ sauce of your choice
Instructions

Rub the short ribs generously with your spice rub.

Press Saute to preheat the instant pot, then add the oil.

When oil is hot, sear the ribs in small batches for about 5 to 8 minutes, do not over crowd in order to properly distribute the heat.
