The Superbowl time of year is almost upon us and that means party food! Of course, you can”t watch the Superbowl without all sorts of yummy food, right?! I wanted to make a few Weight Watcher-friendly Superbowl finger foods and these pizza fingers were my first creation. They are just too good! These are super (no pun intended!!), easy to make, and reheat well.
Pizza fingers are flavored with spinach and artichoke, but the recipe is easily adjusted to fit your flavor preference. You could easily do a little pizza sauce and pepperoni to make a classic pepperoni pizza finger, but I do still highly suggest making the spinach artichoke version as they are delicious. Pizza fingers will be the hit of your Superbowl party. You may want to make extra because they will go fast. The best part is, you can enjoy them as well since they are only 3 Weight Watchers points per serving. Let’s get to the recipe.
Three reasons why you need to make this recipe!
Who doesn’t love appetizer size pizza?!
The crust is buttery, and the whole thing is cheesy. It’s an amazing appetizer packed with flavor that all guests will devour.
It makes a large batch.
You get 18 servings from this one recipe. Even then, it’s still a good idea to double it, because extra leftovers never hurt.
One serving of Pizza Fingers is only 96 calories.
Pizza under 100 calories? Yes, please! You won’t believe that each pizza finger is under 100 calories once you taste them. They’re cheesy, flavorful, and very satisfying.

Different ways to change up this recipe:
- Use your favorite pizza toppings such as pepperoni, turkey pepperoni (to keep it low in points), different cheeses, black olives, roasted garlic, or any other veggies you like.
- You can use nonfat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and light mayo if you want a little protein boost. I suggest flavoring the Greek yogurt with a little onion or garlic powder to add extra flavor.
Tips and Tricks for Making Pizza Fingers:
- I used fresh spinach but frozen, and thawed is fine too. Just make sure it’s drained well- you don’t want any extra water in the cheese mixture.
- Store any leftover pizza fingers in a sealed container in the fridge. These can be reheated in the oven at 350 for about 5 minutes to crisp up.
- They do freeze well, so that is an option too.
