But let’s be real, traditional pizza isn’t always the most waistline-friendly option. That’s why I was determined to create a delicious, point-friendly pizza snack that satisfies those cravings without breaking the calorie bank. These pepperoni twists are a dream come true! Not only are they super easy to make, but they also make the perfect party appetizer or guilt-free snack.
Trust me, they’ll disappear before you know it (maybe stash a few for yourself just in case!). And the best part? Each delightful bite is only 3 Weight Watchers points! Talk about a win-win situation for both your taste buds and your goals. I kept it super easy by using just six ingredients. A little pre-made dough always helps quicken things up! The whole family will love these.

Use different cheeses, or pesto instead of pizza sauce – the combination is up to you!
Ingredients you need to make Pepperoni Twists:
- 1 package Pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 20 slices pepperoni
- ¼ cup shredded light cheese
- ¾ tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- Pinch of Italian seasoning
How to make Pepperoni Twists (step by step):
- Preheat the oven to 375F, and spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough so you have 4 rectangle pieces of 2 croissants. Pinch together any open seams.
- Spread out 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on top of two of the dough pieces.
- Top each of the two pieces with 10 pepperoni slices and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
- Cover with the other two dough pieces. Using a pizza cutter, cut each into 7 pieces, giving you a total of 14 pieces.
- Take each piece one at a time and transport it to the baking sheet. Just before you lay them down give them a twist using your fingers.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top and bake them in the oven for approx 12 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!

Different ways to change up this recipe:
- Use different cheese flavors to make sure you’re getting your favorite combo!
- By using Turkey pepperoni instead of regular pepperoni you can reduce the points.
- I love to add jalapenos or black olives sometimes just to change up the flavor. Roasted garlic is a great flavor as well!
Tips and Tricks for Making Pepperoni Twists:
- These pepperoni twists will keep well in the fridge for up to 7 days, but you will need to crisp them back up by using an oven or air fryer before eating them again. They don’t freeze well.
