Different ways to change up this recipe:

  • You can add some of your favorite pizza toppings like black olives or roasted garlic as long as you don’t overfill the dough balls.
  • A pineapple ham version of this pull apart pizza bread would be fun and delicious in the spring or summer.
  • Change up the cheese so that you’re enjoying your favorite one. Just make sure to adjust the Weight Watchers points.

Tips and Tricks for Making Pull Apart Pizza Bread:

  • If you can’t find the 4 Value pack of Great Value pizza dough, then buy a bigger pack and weigh out 7.5 oz of dough. Or you could just adjust the points based on how much dough you use.
  • I use regular pepperoni but feel free to use turkey pepperoni. By using turkey pepperoni and light string cheese sticks instead of regular string cheese sticks, you drop the Weight Watchers points from 7 per serving to 5 per serving.
  • You can use a pie dish or cast iron skillet for this dish – either will work.
  • Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to seven days. But it’s best served warm, so make sure to pop it in the air fryer or oven to warm it up before eating.
