Ingredients

– 2 pounds ground beef
– 1 cup finely chopped onion
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons ketchup
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon pepper
– 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9”x5” loaf pan.

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Place the meat mixture into the prepared pan and shape into a loaf.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
