- Dash of salt and pepper
- Pinch of paprika
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
- 4 oz deli ham
- 4 tablespoons shredded asiago cheese

- In a bowl (big enough to dip your folded flat out), whisk together the egg, egg white, milk, salt, pepper, and pinch of paprika.
- Spray a medium size frying pan with some nonstick spray and heat on the stove top over medium.
