How to make Pepperoni Pinwheels (step by step):
- Preheat the oven to 350F, spray a baking sheet, then set aside.
- Lay out the dough into one long piece, pinching together any seams.
- Cut up the pepperoni slices into 4 pieces for each slice.
- Spread the pizza sauce on the dough, top with the shredded cheese, and then the pepperoni.
- Roll up the dough and place it in the freezer for 5 minutes. This will help firm it up a bit.
- Using a serrated knife, cut into 14 pieces.
