  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • Heaping 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1.5 tablespoon fresh orange zest
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

How to make Weight Watchers Cranberry Orange Muffins (step by step): 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and spray a regular size muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. 
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add in the sugar. Stir in the apple sauce, yogurt, and orange juice.
  3. Mix in the all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and orange zest and stir well.
  4. Fold in the fresh cranberries.

Different ways to change up this recipe: 

  • You can use dried cranberries if that’s all you have, but it will drastically increase the points. If you do use dried cranberries, I suggest soaking them in hot water for a few minutes before draining and adding them to the batter so they’re nice and plump. 
  • Lily’s no sugar added white chocolate chips would be a great addition to this if you have the points for it.
